Return Exchange Policy

 

We are confident that you are going to love your purchase from Shop Glam Gals.   Seeing that we hand pick all our merchandise we know that the quality is excellent!! But we also know that from time to time you may change your mind and need to return your item. 

Merchandise may be returned and exchanged for ONLINE STORE CREDIT ONLY within 10 days of delivery. 

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend getting a tracking number with your return order. Shop Glam Gals is not responsible for products lost or damaged in the mail with any returns. 

Please allow 7-10 working days for our warehouse to process your return and apply an online store credit to your account.
